This contest is open only to legal residents of Canada (excluding the Province of Quebec) who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence. The contest is void in Quebec and wherever prohibited or restricted by law. By entering, you agree to be bound by these Official Contest Rules (the “Rules”).
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook / Instagram), Google LLC, or LinkedIn Corporation. You understand that you are providing your information to Banditos Incorporated and not to these platforms. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the contest must be directed to the Sponsor, not to any platform.
1. Sponsor
Sponsor: Banditos Incorporated (“Banditos,” “we,” “us,” or the “Sponsor”), 5801-C 64 Ave
Taber, AB T1G 0B5, operating the website www.banditosinc.com. Contact: office@banditosinc.com .
2. Eligibility
- The contest is open only to legal residents of Canada, excluding the Province of Quebec, who are the age of majority or older in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry.
- Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of the Sponsor, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, suppliers, prize providers, advertising and promotional agencies, and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) and persons living in the same household of each are not eligible to enter or win.
- The contest is void in Quebec and void wherever prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Contest Period
The contest begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Mountain Time (“MT”) on July 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. MT on September 30, 2026 (the “Contest Period”). The Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device for the contest.
4. How to Enter
There are two (2) ways to enter. No purchase is necessary.
Method 1 — Purchase Entry
- During the Contest Period, each separate qualifying purchase transaction completed at www.banditosinc.com will automatically receive one (1) entry into the contest.
- A “qualifying purchase” means a completed, paid order of any value that is not subsequently cancelled, refunded, or returned. Orders that are cancelled, refunded, charged back, or returned will have their associated entry or entries voided.
Method 2 — Free Mail-In Entry (No Purchase Necessary)
- To enter without making a purchase, legibly hand-print on a plain piece of paper (3” x 5” or larger) your full name, complete mailing address, city, province, postal code, daytime telephone number, email address, and date of birth, along with the statement “I wish to enter the Banditos 5K Blue Collar Superstore Giveaway.”
- Mail your completed entry in a hand-addressed envelope with sufficient postage to: Banditos 5K Blue Collar Superstore Giveaway, 5801-C 64 Ave Taber, AB T1G 0B5.
- Each mailed entry must be mailed separately. No mechanically reproduced, photocopied, or bulk entries will be accepted. Mail-in entries must be postmarked during the Contest Period and received no later than seven (7) days after the contest end date to be eligible.
- Each eligible mail-in entry will receive one (1) entry into the contest, equivalent to one purchase entry. Mail-in entrants have the same chance of winning as purchase entrants.
Limit / no cap: There is no limit on the number of entries a person may obtain through qualifying purchases or eligible mail-in entries. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged.
5. Prize
- One (1) Grand Prize: a “Welder's Dream Pack” consisting of welding equipment, tools, and related gear with an approximate total retail value of over CAD $5,000. The specific contents of the prize pack will be determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion and described at 5801-C 64 Ave, Taber, AB T1G 0B5
- The total approximate retail value of all prizes is over CAD $5,000. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period.
- The prize must be accepted as awarded and is not transferable, assignable, or convertible to cash, except that the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a prize (or component) of equal or greater value if the advertised prize (or component) cannot be awarded as described for any reason.
- The prize is awarded “as is” and without warranty of any kind, express or implied, by the Sponsor, beyond any applicable manufacturer's warranty.
6. Winner Selection and Skill-Testing Question
- One (1) potential winner will be selected by a random draw from among all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. The draw will take place on or about October 1, 2026, at 5801-C 64 Ave, Taber, AB T1G 0B5.
- Mandatory skill-testing question: Before being declared a winner, the selected entrant must correctly answer, without mechanical or other assistance, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question to be administered by the Sponsor. If the selected entrant fails to correctly answer the skill-testing question, that entrant will be disqualified and an alternate entrant may be selected by random draw.
7. Winner Notification and Confirmation
- The selected entrant will be contacted by the Sponsor using the contact information associated with the entry within five (5) business days of the draw.
- The selected entrant must, within seven (7) days of being notified: (a) correctly answer the skill-testing question; and (b) sign and return a Declaration and Release confirming eligibility, acceptance of the prize as awarded, and releasing the Sponsor and the platforms from liability, and (where lawful) consenting to the use of the winner's name and likeness for publicity.
- If the selected entrant cannot be contacted within five (5) business days, declines the prize, fails to correctly answer the skill-testing question, fails to return the required documents within the stated period, is found to be ineligible, or otherwise fails to comply with these Rules, that entrant will be disqualified and the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to select an alternate entrant by random draw, time permitting.
8. Privacy and Personal Information
- Personal information collected from entrants will be used by the Sponsor solely for the purpose of administering the contest and awarding the prize, in accordance with the Sponsor's privacy policy at https://www.banditosinc.com/privacy-cookies/ and applicable Canadian privacy legislation (PIPEDA and any applicable provincial legislation).
- Entrants who wish to receive marketing communications may opt in separately; entry into the contest does not, by itself, require consent to marketing communications.
9. General Conditions
- By entering, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Rules and by the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the contest.
- The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it believes has tampered with the entry process or the operation of the contest, or has acted in violation of these Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
- The Sponsor reserves the right, subject to any required regulatory approval, to cancel, suspend, or amend the contest, or to modify these Rules, if any fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the contest.
- To the extent permitted by law, the released parties are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, or postage-due mail-in entries, or for any technical malfunctions, errors, or failures of any kind relating to entry.
- This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc., Google LLC, or LinkedIn Corporation. Each entrant releases these platforms completely in connection with the contest.
- These Rules are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
